What we look for
We primarily focus on UK-based businesses with £1–5m EBITDA.
We look for B2B companies with a loyal customer base.
We also look for operational and leadership continuity beyond the selling shareholders.
We invest in a wide range of sectors including industrial, distribution, and business services.
Flexibility and speed
Typically we acquire a 100% stake. However we have the flexibility to consider a wide range of transaction structures as most appropriate to the situation and the aims of all stakeholders.
We fund our transactions with cash resources together with prudent use of bank debt where appropriate.
